Seeing happy healthy horses 

What are most people surprised to learn about you?

That I am not English despite my accent, I am originally from Guernsey which is part of Britain but not the United Kingdom

What skill or craft would you like to master?

The guitar, im slowly learning.

Name one really surprising thing that set your heart pumping and gave you an adrenaline rush?

I once bungee jumped from a parachute that was attached to a boat..

What is the coolest thing you own?

Freddie, my new horse!

How do you keep up to date with customers’ needs and wants?

Feedback, social media, the internet, courses, talking to people!

What did you have for dinner last night?

Linguine with sweet red pepper sauce and mozzarella.

What is the most challenging part of your job?

The bad weather

Funniest horse incident?

My horse taking off with me whilst trying to get back on, I was the guide  and  I was dressed as Santa Claus.

How have you developed your career?

With passion, blood, sweat and tears!

What is your background?

Mostly all to do with horses, but I also studied travel/Tourism and outdoor recreation.

Favourite or most inspirational place?

Dingle, especially looking out at the Three Sisters.
